We're looking for a passionate Marketer that will lead all marketing activities to support the growth of Tribe. You will own the company marketing strategies as well as overseeing brand marketing efforts. The ideal candidate for this position has a huge passion for technology with experience in develop and manage brand, digital/social media presence and partner community.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective execution of the marketing plan by managing all marketing and communication efforts.

  • Develop and implement the brand marketing and positioning strategies for the company, including content for our social media channels.

  • Develop impactful German and English-language content and presentation material (cases etc.) for use on our website, in marketing and in client acquisition efforts.

  • PR community build and management

  • Oversee and monitor marketing campaigns and suggest re-targeting strategies / potential improvements to ensure our products reach and exceed their targets.

  • Report marketing performance, results and risks to management.

  • Stay up to date with advertising technologies and trends, understand the competitive landscape, spot and follow key trends, use insights to contribute to new product and campaign direction.

  • Promote a culture of marketing, business development and social selling and become a company advocate for innovative marketing efforts in a learning organisation.


Reporting to the CEO and working closely with colleagues across functions to ensure successful development of the best customer proposition and experience, you will be not just technically proficient, but also be a high-energy ‘make things happen’ person.

  • 3+ years of experience in product and/or digital marketing with a demonstrated track record of successful digital product marketing.

  • Experience in advertising, marketing, digital/social media presence and optimisation.

  • Strong business, communications, project management, and operational skills.

  • Self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably.

  • Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities.

  • Comfortable with innovation and change.

  • You are passionate and will be a brand ambassador.

  • You are flexible; we’re a young start-up and you’ll be working on lots of fun things.

  • You are keen to roll your sleeves up, get involved, and help us build a successful company and attractive culture.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English (fluent level).
